production o fendorphins or prolong the period of production?i had a

great first week with changes in gait ,fatigue and my drop foot is

almost gone.also i can now raise my right leg without the swivel

thing at the hip.however, now i think i am having some of the

tightness that all speak about.can anyone help with the doseage

JuDea,

There is NO way to know how much naltrexone you will get by opening up a capsule. A 4.5mg dose is about the size of a grain of sand! The rest is filler. If the stiffness isn't as bad as it was before LDN, then that's good! Three days really isn't long enough to know for sure. I've been on LDN for 15 months, and some days are better than others. My stiffness was unbelievable to start with and still is. I believe that's just the nature of the beast!

Hang in there!

I started the LDN 4.5 ,3 nights ago. The 1st two mornings I woke up feeling great no stiffness at all. I did have major pain, stiffness, and spasms before starting. This morning I woke up stiff, not as bad as before the LDN but not a good as the days previous. My nero really was not to keen on it, so he left me on my own with the LDN. Should I reduce to 3.5? If so how do I get the correct amount by opening the capsules? Thanks JuDea
