Well then after a month you should know if you can handle it well or not. On the advice of my compounder I had all mine made into 1.5mg caps as it cost no more and gave me a good way to self adjust my amount.

Since the initial first six months I know that anythiong over 3.0mgs is way too much so now I only get them in 3.0mg pills.but also taken before 10:00pm will not work as well as taken after 11:00pm now that is a question I would like to have an answer for but will not pay hundreds of dollars for it!Just the later the better for me.

Just keep up with a routine for at least a month and then see what has happened. My firsdt two days were pretty much non-events but the third day everything started to happen!
