Sheila, neuropathic pain is caused by problems with nerve transmission, as

opposed to muscular pain. You can have it even if the muscular strength of

your legs has increased. Parathesia might fall under this category:

burning, tingling, etc.

Dr. Bihari does not believe that LDN is effective under 3 mg. He recommends

that you start at 3 if your legs are spasming or even very stiff. About a

quarter of his patients can't tolerate 4.5 mg. I've been taking 3 for a

year. When I saw him this week, I asked if I should be upping my dosage to

4.5, but he said no+ADs- why mess with success?
