Guest guest
Hi, Today I received a letter from the Special Ed Supervisor. It said basically that the district would like the parents to sign it and send it back so that they can access federal dollars to pay for Sp. Ed. related services that the child needs according to the IEP. Doing this would allow the district to increase services. It also says that I have the right to revoke permission for them to bill MA at any time. This is the first time I've heard about this. Is this happening else where? I'm just wondering if our district is behind the times or setting a trend for things to come. Judy
