This Training developed by The Legal Aid Society of Cleveland will Cover an Overview of the State and Federal Laws that Govern Education in Ohio. ü How these laws pertain to discipline in both Regular and Special Education. ü The Additional Rights and Protections Afforded to Special Education Students. ü What Advocates for Families with Children with Disabilities should know to ensure that their rights are being protected. ü Will Cover Parental Rights During the Various Phases of the Special Education Process or Disciplinary Issues.
