Guest guest Posted February 18, 2010 Report Share Posted February 18, 2010 Hello!I hope everyone can come to the 2/23 Visual Supports Support Group meeting at Rotary Camp from 10am to noon. ne has asked me to put some questions out to you so she can make sure she gives you the information you are looking for.What areas is your child having problems with?examples (transition, communication, behaviors, puberty(sexual), etc.What time of day are these challenges?examples (before school, before bedtime, etc.)Since we are having two sessions. 1 hour on visual supports the other hour will be our informal support group.Which session would you attend? The 1st hour on visual supports will be for the higher functioning communication/understanding. The 2nd hour will be on the lower functioning communication/understanding.ne is asking if you take pictures of the items you know that you have issues with real pictures are better. Bring the digital camera and plug for camera with you. If you do not have a digital camera we do have pictures that are not photos for you.I am also asking you to bring a pair of scissors for you to use. We will have some but not enough. Thanks!
