looking up district information

I have googled this, but cannot find the following info. How can I search to see if my district has ever been through due process? Thanks!Amy

Amy,

After a decision is made in a due process case, the documents are added to the

ODE website. If a due process case is settled anytime, during mediation and I

think even during the hearing, the file never becomes public and the families

generally have to sign a confidentiality agreement.
