G. Tobin, Chief legal Counsel with Ohio Legal Rights Service will discuss the current/proposed rules on the use of restraints at the state and federal level for schools, including:

Ø Federal law requirements for addressing behavioral problems in schools

Ø Scope of the problem in Ohio

Ø Options for parents in addressing the use of restraints with their children
