Guest guest
On April 14, the local special education bar is presenting a program on special education law for parents and practitioners. This is a parent friendly presentation and will give parents and their advocates the opportunity to learn and to meet attorneys and advocates active in this area of law. Dr. Barry will start the day with a presentation on the contours of an appropriate evaluation, and we will end the day with a presentation from Ohio Legal Rights Services on advocacy before the Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation – with a range of presentations in between. The Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association sponsors this event, and holds down costs for parents. A conference brochure is attached. Judith C.
