Hi everyone,

We are seriously considering the Autism Scholarship beginning January 2010 for

our son, .

He has PT, OT, Speech, Adaptive Gym and Adaptive Music as well as a couple

specific programs used for him (i.e. Touch Math, keyboarding, etc.) already

written into his IEP. We are wondering about providers in our Medina area, and

if anyone can recommend one over the other.

We are heading out of town Friday morning, but I can still review emails this

weekend. Please email me privately and also give me your phone number if you

We have run into some issues that are unique. I would love to hear other input.

Our school district changed the IEP and dramatically reduced services without supportive data. We refused to agree and sign the new IEP (note they implemented it anyway and said they don't need our permission) which now makes us unable to get our scholarship money (because we don't have a signed IEP.

So now....the district has us by the ___________(you fill in the blank).
