Guest guest
Hi Gail, I'm sorry you have had such a hard time with school for Seth. Regarding Seth playing with other kids at school etc, in Brook's class they do reverse mainstreaming. It works out very well I think for him. Have they considered that at Seth's school? They have been doing it that way since he was very young, at different schools too. Marisa
Guest guest
Hi Marisa, Yes, they do the reverse mainstreaming here, but not with the autism classes. Well, not in the ones that Seth has been in. Maybe in the higher functioning ones they do. I guess we just all assumed that Seth would visit a pre-k class for their circle or sensory time or table activity. Guess we once again assumed wrong. Par for the course. LOL Thanks for the suggestion though Marisa. Gail :-) << Hi Gail, I'm sorry you have had such a hard time with school for Seth. Guest guest
Hi Gail, I'm so happy to hear that Seth is doing so well. It's such a great feeling when our kids are in the right environment to learn. Marisa
