Clearing out bowel and Oils

Hello everybody

I am doing an oxypowder clear out here, and its going to go to quite a high

level I suspect. Please no one mention suppositories. I tried one this morning

with Jay, he looked at me in horror and suggested it was for MY bum-bum, i.e.,

not his.

So I wish to go to Plan B, which is, after oxypowder, oils. These are oils in

my mind:

Flax Oil

Hemp Oil

Evening Primrose Oil

Omega Oil.

This should help with not retaining the water in the body make things swishy,

help with inflammation.

So has anyone got any bright ideas about how to get oils into this boy of mine

apart from him having to take them straight, palatable ones, etc?
