Guest guest
There are many causes of osteoporosis. Most people develop osteoporosis due to the four main causes of osteoporosis. These causes of osteoporosis include age, low estrogen levels, lack of calcium, and family history. If properly educated in the causes of osteoporosis, then you may be able to take necessary measures to reverse or completely avoid osteoporosis. The number one cause of osteoporosis is age. That is just how the human body works. We get older and our bones lose strength. Overtime, the density of our bones gets lower and it become increasingly easier to fracture bones. Even though this one of the main causes of osteoporosis, it can be reversed or avoided by simple exercise. Easy exercises like stretching and walking can help tremendously in assuring an acceptable bone density level. Another of the main causes of osteoporosis is low estrogen levels in women. After women reach menopause, there estrogen levels drop dramatically. As a result, their bones begin to lose strength. This is a difficult cause to deal with. Just like age, this cause of osteoporosis can be effectively dealt with by exercise. Exercise triggers the release of estrogen and can help avoid the crippling effects of osteoporosis.
