Mel you are right - first and foremost we must listen to our bodies,

eat only when hungry, stop when full - simple. It doesn't really

matter what time of the day that this happens. I know when I learn

to do this, I'm going to become slim and gorgeous - LOL, although I

have horror flashes in my mind of Joan and Farrar Fawcett who

look like mutton dressed up as lamb.... yuk

I'm doing pretty good during the day, eating at odd times when I

remember to eat and feel some hunger, but at night time I have gone

back to my old habits and I am seriously eating 3 course meals in the

evening. I am stopping 2 hrs before bed and this has stopped the

reflux but I'm still constantly thinking about food during that time

and wishing I could find a way to cheat the system.

Getting the fluid down is hard. I know these new rules say you can

drink with meals, but really it just doesn't work very well for me.

If my pouch is full, putting liquid on top of that just makes me PB.

We really have to taper this to suit our own lifestyles and I think

we all have difficulties trying to get this to work, but I have faith

that we will get our head around it one of these days.

Cheers
