Guest guest Posted November 13, 2006 Report Share Posted November 13, 2006 It doesn't say anything like chocolate for breakfast lunch and dinner will help you lose weight (unfortunately!!) but it does say that the information is there to help you get the best out of delicious healthy food and empty caloried foods (such as chocolate) should be avoided MOST of the time, but not ALL the time.
