Home Based OT Services in The Cleveland Area

Hi Everyone,

Early Intervention Consulting LLC is very excited to announce that we are now

offering HOME BASED OT SERVICES!!!

I have been looking very hard for the past few years to find an experienced and

flexible OT that is willing to work in the child's home on both functional and

sensory based OT. Her name is Diane and she has a wealth of experience of

working with children on the spectrum! She is also able and willing to adapt her

style of OT services to meet your child's and families need (more or less

sensory / functional OT targets and strategies).

EIC feels that it is very important that the child receives services that are

easily replicated in the home (using the child's natural environment and

equipment). We also believe that it is important to see the child in their home

and school setting to determine the most appropriate and functional goals for

the child.

Diane will be adhering to EIC's standards and protocols including:

1) Assessing the child's needs in a natural environment

2) Interviewing the parents on needs and wants for their child

3) Coordinating with the home program and school to create a consistent program

4) Collecting consistent data and creating IEP based progress reports on a

quarterly basis

5) Working in the convenience of your home / school around your schedule
