Guest guest Posted June 22, 2010 Report Share Posted June 22, 2010 The Neurodevelopmental Research Lab (NRL) at Case Western ReserveUniversity is seeking children & adults with an autism spectrum disorder (7-30years of age) to participate in research regarding social and communicationfunctioning. Participants will complete autism-specific assessments (e.g., the AutismDiagnostic Observation Schedule-ADOS) and receive a speech-language evaluation.Participation involves a scheduled visit to the NRL on the CASE campus in Cleveland,Ohio. Some portions of testing can take place in the individual’s home.Why should you participate in this research?• Participants receive a written report on cognitive, speech, and behavioralassessments conducted as part of the research. This information may helpeducational planning and vocational training. Participants will receive an honorariumto help defray the costs incurred for time and travel.• By taking part you will be helping us learn more about the characteristics of autismspectrum disorders and Prader-Willi syndrome.
