Leah...

That is not a failure... that is just a hiccup that is easily fixed. Don't worry about the trip to radiology either. I had to talk the radiographer through mine the other week as he had not done one before. They can see the port on their screen, so it is easy peasy.

Apart from the misery of 15 attempts (ouchy) - way too many in my eyes - 4 would be my limit lol - it is off to radiology to have it done - no dramas!!! and no more tears!

When are you going?
