Guest guest
Katalin, You poor thing. It is awful and uncomfortable and absolutely horrible. I didn't have the shoulder tip pain, but lots of other nasty problems with major bruising and the wind pain under my left rib cage where I had a haematoma the size of a small football!!! So... heat pack, if you haven't got one, get one asap. Use the heat pack as well as a bag of frozen peas. When it is at its worse alternate between the two to try and help. Take the pain killers every 4 hours and don't miss. Walk Walk Walk! I know it is hard to do that, but as soon as the pain starts up, walk. I still get the pain under my left ribs if I over eat... the only thing that helps is walking to get rid of the wind. Hang in there, I promise you it will improve. Shoulder tip pain is the pits and you will come out the other side... I am sure there will be lots of other advice through the day that will be of help.
