Guest guest
Restore your child's love of learning and curiosity in a safe, understanding environment. Small homeschool for Asperger girls has an opening for a second or third grader for the 2011-2012 school year, earlier enrollment a possibility. Part or full-time classes/tutoring available year-round. No more than 3 students at a time. K12 curriculum (other established curriculum considered) taught by a degreed mom (also an Aspie) who is in the process of obtaining a State Ohio teaching certificate. New students are gently introduced. Relaxed and nurturing environment on more than 5 acres in Medina County. In addition to planned lessons, daily activities include nature hikes, crafts, gardening, creative play and fun exercise to " work out any wiggles " before lessons. Two gentle labs give lots of love when needed and provide plenty of comic relief. Noise and touch sensitivities are carefully respected. Fun and field trips already planned for the spring and summer!
