Early Intervention

Research has shown that early “intensive†intervention can lead to greater gains

when treating children with Autism. Our early intervention program consists of

individualized programming that focuses on communication, socialization, skill

acquisition and behavior management.

Center-Based Programming

At TBH we are excited to offer a new center-based early intervention program in

the Dayton Area. Center-based programming is available for children ranging in

age from 0-5 years and consists of 1:1 and 1:2 intensive individualized behavioral teaching

focusing on language and skill acquisition as well as behavior management.

After School Social and Language Programs

The Dayton Autism Center provides “after school†opportunities in the form of

intensive one to one intervention and social skills programming. Our after school

programs will benefit children ranging from 5-10 years old with varying language and

social competencies.

Center-Based Early Intervention Services

• Behavioral, Skill and

Language Assessments

• Individualized Program Design

• Functional Communication Training

• Play and Social Programs

Advantages of Dayton Autism Center

• School like setting leads to enhanced generalization of skills

• Intensive 1:1 Instruction

• Various “evidenced-based†instructional methodologies within ABA

• Socially oriented programs to enhance language, play and social responsibility

• Environmental enrichment to promote initiation, and active engagement

• Individualized and ongoing assessment
