Hi All - I'm calling for any tips anyone has that may work for them.

Daytime I am at perfect fill level, nighttime the reflux appears and I

am at my wits end trying to get enough sleep so I am not a total zombie

the next day. I do not have any fear that this reflux is damaging my

band, just that it disturbs my sleep so badly. Even before the

spitting up starts, I can lie awake for hours. I do not want to be

unfilled as this automatically sets my hunger in motion again. What I

am doing is:

- nil by mouth 2 hrs before bed

- Nexium morning and early evening

- sleeping propped up on a boomerang pillow

If someone can share anything that may be working for them, I'd be very

grateful to try different things out to try and knock this on the head

Many thanks from a very tired Cherie

Cherie.... You poor thing!

That is so pesky that you are at a good fill level during day light

hours and then you have a difficult night. Are those pills the

strongest you can take, or is that it. Maybe you are going to have

to give up food for four hour prior to bed. I try not to eat

anything after 7pm. But touch wood etc etc, I have not had an ounce

of the horrid reflux ever.

I hope someone has some advice to help you with this nasty problem.
