Guest guest
Hi, everybody I just had a sleep study done and I need to know if there is anybody that could not sleep because it was to dark in the room. I am scared of fire and I have to know where all the exits are at and it was so dark that I couldn't even see my own foot much less one of the doors. The tec's came in 1 1/2 hours after I was down for the night and gave me pills that I was to take. I put them in then took them out as soon as they left. But they did leave the bathroom door open a crack after that I slept as good as anybody could and they think it was the pills. I was not to take any pain med's if I could have taken them I would have been able to handle sleeping in an unnatural position. With all the wires attached to my body I ended up sleeping on my stomach. I have wanted to twist some heads. They hooked me up 2 hours late and got me up 45 min. early and then couldn't understand how come I only got a couple hours of sleep. And now they are wanting me to to do the daytime sleep test. I have had test where they stuck electrodes into your body and it was not as painful. Well I had better get off here I think I have twisted everybody's eyes enough. LYL and Thanks LMay
Guest guest
it was phoney when i had mine done cause there were no animals in the room, so how can i get a proper night sleep without my babies? and i agree with it being too dark and there were no drafts. so it really wasn't like home and no one hogging the blankets and having a double bed to myself was weird! but my husband and i both use a machine as he has restless leg syndrome. i have sleep apnea but it is our dogs that snore louder than us and they kick and squirm more than we ever would think of doing it, i would sleeping alone if i did that much. later k
Guest guest
Helloooooooo, Kim you are so right. Most nights I have 3 animals in bed with me and I sleep in a twin bed and the test was in a queen bed. In the summer time my husband sleeps upstairs just so he doesn't have to listen to me snore. He can't escape in the winter because it cost more to heat this place than we pay in rent. Guest guest
LMayYou should have taken those pills in order for them to learn what your sleeping problems are. I have severe sleep apnea and at first I couldn't sleep, but pretended I was back home in my own bed. I asked to see the schematic of the emergency exits before they hooked me up and I noticed they had the sprinkler system as well. I pray you do well in the next sleep study as apnea can kill a person. I have a script for a BI PAP machine but unable to get one so I still can't sleep.Hugs Love & Prayersette
