Guest guest
Marci, Thanks for the info. my daughter has all of the symptoms except the mouth ulcers and has NEVER taken predisone or orapred. We just never went that route. And, she finally doing well on cimeditine. But, my rheumotologist does not want us to use pred. unless it is a b-day or something very special, as she has seen too many children with fever frequently after. But, as my daughter gets older, I am less feerful of prednisone. Thanks for the info. I live in NJ and see a rheumatolgist who also sees a lot of patients. Who does your daughter see in NYC-just curious. As they get older...fortunately/unfortunately....they can handle it a lot better and your are right....can tell the difference. My daughter is now 8, and knows when she is " sick " or " fever sick " Thanks, again for the info. Fern
