Join us a Ms. Agins discusses how we can improve our advocating skills for our children by better understanding IEP’s, ETR’s and Special Education Law with a focus on students in a private education environment. The discussion will be followed by an open question & answer session.

The Law Offices of Siegel & Agins is located nearby on Mayfield Road. Kerry Agins has been with the firm since 1997. Kerry has experience in the areas of special education law, estate planning for families with disabled members, social security eligibility appeals, and eligibility determinations for development disabilities services. In 2005, Kerry was recognized as one of Ohio's top young attorneys and was profiled in Ohio Super Lawyers: Rising Starts Edition. She is an adjunct professor at Case Western University School of Law where she co-teaches Disability Law.

This event is open to anyone interested in attending, not just Billiart School families.
