Guest guest Posted January 15, 2008 Report Share Posted January 15, 2008 Hi My son does have an expressive speech delay. His receptive language is right on track however. I did have a difficult pregnancy and my son was premature and just weighed over 4 pounds, so we are not sure the impact that has on him as well. One piece of is that the child grows and develops normally, but with that being said, a child with a could have speech delays etc that are not related to the syndrome. I hope this makes sense!
