Guest guest Posted November 6, 2008 Report Share Posted November 6, 2008 Hi All Today has been pretty rough, not quite sure whats going on . the dizzy spells and blackouts have increased. but i have had a few catnaps too. i'm down to 15mg of the dreaded steriod i will actual finish the steriods next thursday, I do wish the doctors would warn us that we are going to feel so sick while taking the steriod, I see my consultant next tuesday, and two weeks today I have oral surgery but i'm in to minds whether to go ahead and have it or postpone the operation till the new year. I know after they remove the problem tooth the pain is going to bad because of the fibromyalgia, one of my trigger points is in my neck and is the most painful one to. I just seem so down sine I got home from hospital, it could be because I haven't had any visitors. yesterday's walking has really shattered me, next week I'll get a taxi to the doctors its too much to walk. specially as I still get the symptoms i went into hospital with. though the vomiting is not as bad, and i'm keepimg the fluids down so I don't think I'll get a 3 rd visit yet but as we all know with crohn's we can't tell what is going to be around the corner. If I can keep awake and not pass out tomorrow I plan to sit and make all my christmas cards. I was very lucky that Bid-Tv had these card kits on offer and the price dropped to £1.99 for 8 packs containing cards, enevelopes, and things to decorate the cards with from felt reindeer to wreaths made out of card, pom poms, ribbon, beads, gold,blue,red white stars, father christmas's,gold stockings and much more its hard to remember what i got even when you add the postage of £7.99 it still a great bargin as each kit would cost £8.99 and i got 8 of them. And will have enough bits left over to use on other cards. I did all my shopping for christmas on the shopping channels but i think my best buy was a treat for me a dvd player with freeview player for just £1.00 + £7.99 or some would say my limited edition print of a tiger sunbathing in the winter sun for £18.99 worth £250 is the bargin.
