What an awful night of so called sleep did i have with the new painkillers lasting 2 hours before the pain hit me like a sledge hammer. took 2 pills at 10.30 pm was up at 12,30 couldn't sleep so came and chatted to my friend in vegas went back to bed about 4.10 and sort of slept on and off till 7.15 none of it was a deep sleep it felt like i was floating in and out of differnt levels really strange,

I decided the best thing for my crohns, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue was to stick to the hospital schedule for set time for meals and pills. so pills are 8am, 12pm, 6pm and 10pm except on a tuesday when i take my once a week pill at 7am, this way i can't forget them or take to many. with set meal times i can eat little and often and have my main meal at lunch time with lunch time meds like i did in hospital i found i'm not pigging out between meals either, and with the 2 ensure or fortijuce drinks a day i don't need the snacks because the drinks have my vitamins and minerals in them. i'm also glad that i have my meal at lunchtime prepared by good food company and i can either sap it microwave or in the oven theses meals look small but are just right size and there is always pudding.

tonight i'm increasing the oxycodone to 3 tablets to see if that works if not its 4 tomorrow night, only side affect i notice was when i burped there is awful taste in the mouth. and even now feel slightly spaced out so plan to lay down after breakfast till 10am when i need to ring the chemist to see if my drinks are in. if they are will have to struggle over the bridge and then a road to get them.

i did find out that the same active ingredients in morphine are found in oxycodone so they are pretty strong no wonder my gp asked if i had a place to lock them away. i'll let you know tomorrow how 3 pills work.

love

Mandy
