Dear Autism families and service providers,

We would like to invite you to participate and support this event, coming up in a little less than two weeks, at the Grog Shop in Cleveland Heights, OH.

Last year, played a benefit concert to fund the Helping Hand program of the National Autism Association - Northeast Ohio. This year we are holding a raffle to raise monies for the same purpose - for grants for families in need that have a child or children with autism.

Please consider attending, and spread the word - young kids LOVE . Even if you feel that your child might not be able to "last" due to sensory issues, perhaps other children you know might be very interested to go.

For those with sensory difficulties we can offer a limited number of free entries... please contact me if you can not afford to pay and would like to be considered for the free tickets.

This way we hope that some of the children may at least try to participate and leave early/take a break if they needed to, then return...

's video can be found on youtube.come so you might want to play the songs from there to get your child used to some of the songs so the concert will be even more enjoyable for them, should you decide to come. Unfortunately, we are unable to have a sensory area this time as the Grog Shop is in a smaller space.

Please contact me with any questions! Also please let me know if you might be available to hang fliers. Libraries, schools, children's venues are all perfect places to promote this concert. You may forward the promotional email attached to this email.

Thank so much!

Don't miss this show full of head-bopping, silly-clever songs!

is truly one of the “all-stars†of the indie family music scene. He logs thousands of miles on the road each year, leading some to call him the hardest working man in children’s show business. With numerous national awards and recognition and a devoted fan base, and The Not Ready for Naptime Players dish out unexpectedly intelligent and whimsically rocking music for kids and their parents. ’s latest CD Jungle Gym ascends through the collective memories of childhood: from the joys of trick or treating and gym class parachutes and sleepovers to the magic stillness of snow days. The recording takes listeners on a journey through iconic experiences that kids will relate to and parents will remember. It’s an often funny and rocking ride: from magic moments

sailing on a moonlit card board box, through the temporary trauma of getting lost, to the anticipation and wonder of a school fire drill. Giant pounding drums, vintage electric guitars, strange and fanciful time changes, soaring vocals and elegant French horns conquer the heights of the jungle gym.

"Willy Was a Whale" is a staple of the kiddie rock movement. It comes complete with a hand motion — throw arms up to form a big W with your head — for the tots in the mosh pit up front at concerts, and a little joke — Willy walks “all the way down to Weno, Nevada†— for the parents who buy the tickets. and the Not Ready for Naptime Players do “Willy†at pretty much every show: it’s their “Born to Run.â€
