Guest guest
I woke up during a back surgery. My vitals were going bad so they cut way back on the anesthesia, and I woke up! And it was painful, as soon as I started moaning, I heard the doctor or someone say, "She's awake, get her back under". They ended up just closing me up, apparently I almost died, had to receive blood (fortunately, I had donated my own for the surgery), and this was microsurgery, supposed to be very little blood loss, but I ended up in the hospital for 7 days before I could stand without my blood pressure plummeting. Not a good experience at all. That was my 3rd back surgery and the doctor told me to never let them operate on my back again, it couldn't be fixed and wasn't worth the risk!
