Hello :)

I hope this message finds you doing well. I wanted to take a minute to share some updates with you. In order of occurrence:

1) We have expanded our speech-language therapy team to include Linton and Becky Bowen. Which means, we are now able to accommodate the needs of new clients needs for therapy. We have immediate openings for speech-language therapy -AND- now we can offer Saturday morning therapy too, from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm!!!! Click to learn more about our speech-language therapy:

2) We need your help! We are continuing to look for an outstanding Occupational Therapist & ABA specialist with OTR/L, BCBA or BCaBA credentials who teaches through play. Pass the word along if someone you know is looking for a job! Click for employment information: http://peakpotentialtherapy.com/employment.html

3) We have resumed our parent support group meetings that take place on Sundays, 3-5 pm including Respite Care for children for a small charge. The group and kids both meet at our therapy center so it is convenient for the parents. It is informative, but no lecturing. We provide a relaxed, discussion style meeting where parents can share info and ask questions. The next two scheduled meetings are 11/14 and 12/12. You must register if you are brining children. Click to learn more or register for our Parent Support Group:

4) We are providing a winter break camp, Camp Snow Cubs for kids 4-8 yrs. It is a therapeutic, community-based camp for kids who need structure when they are not in school, need to work on social communication skills and are ready to implement their skills in the community while they have fun on daily field trips! Data taken on IEP goals with a low staff to kid ratio, facilitated by a speech-language therapist (me). Click to learn more about Camp Snow Cubs:

5) Per parent request, we started a Friends Night Out Social Skills Group. We are continually looking for more ways we can meet your needs. Let us know and we'll make it happen! The new SSG info is not on our website, yet. It is for clients who receive private speech-language therapy with us and need to continue to learn to use their social communication skills in the community, not just when we have camps! We have our outings on Friday evenings, and the last two outings were having fun at May's Farm and eating out at Cracker Barrel. A few pictures are on Facebook :) As of now the group is for kids 4-8 years of age. If we get more interest then we can start a group for another age group. Let me know what you think and if you are interested. Contact me with any questions or comments.

Happy Thanksgiving! Best, Holly Reimann, MA CCC-SLP Speech-language Pathologist, Owner Peak Potential Therapy
