Guest guest
re: Bliss tip/hormonal changes in monthly cycle Thanks for posting this! There have been so many times I've felt guilty because I couldn't control the cravings. I feel much better after reading this. -- Hugs! Congrats on the 3 pound loss! You're doing great! I'm sorry about your job. Sending good luck & healing vibes and prayers to you. As bad as it is, your family means well. They want to comfort you and use what they know. It's hard to make them see how you're changing in the beginning (believe me, I know how this feels). Eventually they will see and slowly stop tempting you so much. -- Good luck on your first week on the job! :-) Hugs! Well, I've lost my healthy lifestyle buddy. Hubby has stopped working out all together and is buying full fat foods again. He isn't ready and I will not push him. Hopefully my progress will inspire him. Off to study a little more...after I finish checking email. :-) Nite all. BB! Guest guest
Welcome to and . FYI, I have followed Michele's suggestion from awhile back & gone to the digest version, my mailbox was getting overloaded. It seems to be working out fine. , usually people can fly before surgery, just not for about 3 weeks after, but Tim's vertigo is a big complication. I think you need to follow your ENT. Have you considered Amtrak or Greyhound? , you are not a bad mother. The ignorance about cholesteatoma is so widespread you just can't beat yourself up for not thinking of it. Chances are very good that he'll be fine, lots of boys get ear infections. It's a very good idea to stay on top of it though - lots of us out here have the classic chronic ear infection history. I've scheduled surgery #4, for 12/13. They'll be keeping me overnight in the hospital this time, which is a first, but I'm traveling so far to have the otologist do the surgery that he wants me to stay over just in case. This is the otologist who is doing the facial recess thing with right tympanomastoidectomy instead of the canal wall down that my ENT was talking about. New members, old members, this is my advice: see an otologist. Just like Michele's doctor advises. I feel so much better knowing I'm in the hands of an expert & I wish I'd gone years ago. Maybe there wouldn't have been so many surgeries if it had just been done right from the get go. Of course, the otologist hasn't operated yet, so those could be famous last words. Guest guest
You are right. He quoted something to me that was on a very high level of language for him but was totally appropriate for the situation. I was stunned!! Thank you for comments. I will pass on to our support group. I have the only child that does this but this is an education for the others and can help when they meet other parents who have children with similar behaviors. Thanks again

Guest guest
There is a list, though incomplete, on the EEG Yellow Pages. Another list is on the Spectrum affiliates page, and of course, there is a list on the BrainMaster affiliates page. > Message: 3 > Date: Tue, 01 Jul 2003 08:21:35 -0700 > From: Fred Gorsch <flgorsch@...> > Subject: Re: [Maine contacts) > > Pete, Do you know of any nf practitioners in Camden, Maine? > Lori/Brainworks/Alaska
Guest guest
Hello-- I wonder what's a good way of cleaning a Velcro strap, which is getting covered with salt, cotton, and even 10-20 paste somehow. Can you just throw it in a washing machine? Thanks, Gene
Guest guest
Anela, some of what I say may be WAY over the line and I hope you forgive me in advance if it is. Its just an issue that plagues me from my divorce...and people demonize me because of my conservative beleifs. I think there are two types of people when it comes to relationships...those who are comfortable with their partner looking at others and mostly because they look themselves..(which is fine if they agree upon it)...and the rarer breed like me (and maybe you) who are mono-focused on the one you love and expect the same kind of mono-focus in return. I left my husband because he surfed the net for porn behind my back. He knew before we married how opposed I was to it and my opionion on fidelity and still he kept that secret from me so that I would still marry him. Well so sad too bad for him. Life is too short to not be happy in a relationship. And that almost destroyed me. It made me feel insufficient but luckily I woke up and realized he was the deficient one. It sounds like you have some self esteem issues and I think the issue is your husband. Just my opinion. Whether the relationship is salvagable is between ya'll. But you deserve better treatment than that. Even if someone " looks " at others they should have more respect for their life partner than to make such tacky comments. If you can change things now do because his habits will effect your children as well..boys will accept it as ok...and it might cause your daughters to just accept it or cause serious neurosis about their own appearance. Maybe he's just clueless and doesn't realize he's being an a-hole. Maybe thats the way his Dad was. Don't make your self-worth contingent on your husbands behavior. Relationship or not you are a wonderful person and deserve to be treated like a queen. Just my humble opinion from somebody who obviously has alot of scar tissue.
