My son was admitted to a hospital once and tested for a week with suspected

metabolic disease, because the same scenario. He was sick, so he didn't eat for

a while and he already was on SCD. I told the doctors about this but I guess

doctors aren't used to seeing test results of people eating low carbs diets. He

is fine.
