Breathing or Allergies

Whenever I am around dust, my allergies can rev up. Dust, pollens,

grasses, you name it. I have had several courses of allergy injections

which have helped greatly. Have you thought about consulting with an

allergist? Until/if you go, maybe you could try Benadryl, the

over-the-counter allergy medication - but it does make one sleepy. Some

of us have allergies, but I don't think it is from the CMT, as least in

my case anyway.
