Hi Bev... hope are are doing ok and resting!!!!!!!

My liquids are not ok. I try to have water over and above everything

else... but I fall off the wagon a lot. And I can't have diet stuff as

it gives me horrible migrains. I unfortunately have too many liquid

calories - if I added them up it would make me swoon! I must remember

to have water over and above when possible... just sometimes I need the

" hit " and go a cordial or apple & blackcurrent juice - bad! And sorry

to be the bearer of bad news - if you drink the over the counter ready

made iced teas - they have sugar in them! They are taking them out of

the school canteen.

fine.
