I try to have water over and above everything else... but I fall off the wagon a lot. And I can't have diet stuff as it gives me horrible migrains. I unfortunately have too many liquid calories - if I added them up it would make me swoon! I must remember to have water over and above when possible... just sometimes I need the " hit " and go a cordial or apple & blackcurrent juice - bad! And sorry to be the bearer of bad news - if you drink the over the counter ready made iced teas - they have sugar in them! They are taking them out of the school canteen. Mel > > Well, obviously water is best (so they say) but anything with water in it is OK too! So your chai and your teas and your jellies and cordials etc are all fine as liquids. You just have to bear in mind the calorie content! I am into Iced Tea in a big way and have been told this is fine. > > As for the wine ...
