Guest guest
, I do know but I am going to be praying for a MIRACLE!!! So sorry you are dealing with this. {{{{{{Caring Hugs}}}}}} Hemorrhagic stroke HelloWell, on Christmas day, my older sister (the one who's a Doctor in Hawaii) suffered a hemorrhagic stroke and was airlifted to the stroke center in Maui. With the Christmas high season, it's virtually impossible to fly the entire family to Hawaii on short notice so my younger sister who's a nurse is flying down there, she's accustomed to sleeping and working in a hospital environment and is the only one that could be of any help. We're hoping that the damage is minimal and they say that it looks promising, but I was wondering if anyone on this board would know what to expect from such a situation?Regards,
Guest guest
I had a hemmorrhagic stroke almost three years ago. I just have a lot of trouble typing things backwards and some slight weakness in my right leg. I have trouble turning things over with a pancake turner but talk fairly decent. I think they have come along way in helping. I wish the very best for your sister . I had one neurologist that said you don't have to come to me again you won't recover anymore than you have....I told him..."I am going to prove you wrong "! I did ! Tell sister don't ever quit and give up ! Mare In Oklahoma -- Re: Hemorrhagic stroke , I do know but I am going to be praying for a MIRACLE!!!
