Worried about Fever after surgery

Just wondering if anyone has experienced a fever right after surgery

that needed to be treated with antibiotics. We went in for our pre-op

today. Lucas is scheduled for T & A on Wednesday. The nurse was

concerned that if he does fever that we would not know if it was from

the or infection. Any thoughts???
