Hi Darla,

This video is amazing - thanks for posting it.

It inspired me to get juicing again and, just a week or two in, and I feel it is

beneficial.

Mind I may have to go easy on the carrots :-)! A healthy glow is nice but don't

want to go too yellow.

(I think from memory poor thyroid function inhibits the conversion of

beta-carotene?)

Just dug a link out to before after pics of volunteers who ate more fruit and

veg.

Plan to try barley grass next ....

Meanwhile - a nice juice combination is carrots and any greens with an apple and

a lemon and a bit of ginger. Nice with kombucha mixed in I think.
