My 3 yr old daughter has been fevering every month for almost 2

yrs....she is " this " close to a diagnosis. The Dr is just

making me track these for 3 months to be sure of diagnosis.

I was just wondering.....every 3-4 months her cycles break from the

28 days cycle...to one on the 14th and then again on the 28th or it

goes a whole 28 days again....well...she has one now (the 14th day)

and she had the traditional cold symptoms with this

one...fever/chills/stuffy nose...blah blah. If any of you experience

the occasional fever in the middle of a cycle....do you notice that

the episode is much easier? The fever seems easier to

control...doesn't get quite as high...no leg pains....the only thing

that stays the same as usual is the mouth ulcers. She has some small

white spots on the inside of her little cheeks....they look the same

as always. Her appetite is nil....poor thing just as she eats good

another fever hits.

The only thing I'm really wondering about is her chills and telling

me she was cold..(fever rising perhaps?)...I took her to dr today to

be sure there wasn't any ear infection ...she was complaining and

turned out she was fine but with ALOT of wax that had to be cleaned

out...(traumitizing to say the least)I just never experienced

the " being cold " symptom...so maybe it is a cold?? But with

ulcers??? and the timing???? I hate this illness!!!!

I dunno....my better judgement tells me it was an episode with cold

chills from raising temps...her meds were wearing off at the time.

Watcha think??
