Guest guest
Jackie, Just read your posting. Dani's tonsils were very normal looking when they came out. Her ears were in bad shape after over a year after her first set of tubes - so she got a second set (no ear infections since -- and a T & A helps that, too). Please note that my ENT was very cautious to recommend a T & A at that time, but since has seen two new studies (Dr. Licameli's and one other) in which he has noted that children don't even have to show Pharyngitis (throat involvement), but it can still help them. We have had great success. Our daughter is very happy and healthy, and hardly ever gets even a cold now. We'll keep you in our prayers - and don't hesitate to ask any recommendations during the healing process. Days 5-7 seem to be about the worst. Take care, Ginger Daughter - le, 3 years old (fevering since 7 months, diagnosed at 15 months, T & A on 12/11/07, Fever-free since 11/16/07) Son - Jay, 15 months old ----------------------------------------- ==================================================== This message contains PRIVILEGED and CONFIDENTIAL information that is intended only for use by the named recipient.
