Guest guest
Here is an article about M.S fatigue. It talks about the " NERVES " mis-firing, and I think this type of fatigue is the same as we with CMT have to deal with. So if anyones interested here's the link. http://www.healthtalk.com/mstalk/edition5/01.html ~>Becky M. P.S. its long, several pages.
Guest guest
Sharon, I work a while and sit down and rest when I need to. If possible I will try to catch a little nap after lunch. I also take extra vitamins and try to eat right. I don't know if I'll ever be able to do what I did before RA. I own my own business and had to hire extra help to do what I can't do anymore. Now I don't know if I'll be able to hang on to the business due to the increased cost. Best wishes and God Bless, Jay > Does anybody have any suggestions to fight the fatigue that comes > with RA. Guest guest
I often nap. I take a 30 minute nap when I get home. I set the alarm or I'll sleep 'til morning. Then I force myself to get up (and I do mean FORCE). Usually my dogs won't let me sleep longer anyhow. But then I get up and do something things. The only problem is that I get morning stiffness all over again. Catch 22. Try to rest when you can. Even if only a short time. - > Does anybody have any suggestions to fight the fatigue that comes > with RA.
