Hi,

I buy drops, an alcohol extract.  I've bought three different brands from

internet websites.

I was taking one or two doses a day, 30 drops = 1/4 tsp in a dose.

Now i take one dose a day or less, often not at all..  Buhner writes on

Planetthrive.com that lomatium is strong and not for long-term.  I've posted a

question asking why not long-term.  He hasn't answered yet.

The  history about this herb is interesting.  I've posted before.  Search for my

information post pasted from the internet.  It protected the Washoe Indian tribe

from the 1918 pandemic flu.  I'm hoping it would work for future  H5B1 bird flu.

Good luck, purple

I have Lomatium tincture, someone recommended it to put on the returning

tick bite marks that do not go away for month. Seemed to work better then

Neosporin. I took a dropper full internally a few times since it is also

supposed

to be really good for lung health (I have asthma too), I was never sure how

much was safe. It actually tastes pretty good. Then again, compared to

andrographis etc. anything tastes good. lol. Let me know if Buhner responds to

your question. I would love to find out the answer too.

Dagmar.
