I find that when given my grandson Koolaide pops or any kind of frozen pop, even juice pops, he gets hyper, and even worse, his behavior is bad, like not listening. Sugar must be curtailed in his diet, he must have protein or a sandwhich before he gets a snack, better for him to have apples, and fruits, or celery, and carrots. He is a grazer, all day, likes to snack. Barbara's (healthfood) makes a nice cheese puff, without all those dyes in them, like cheetos. Healthfood is a better choice of snacks for the kids, and its not that much more in price, and its better for the child and the mom. Thank you Michele. I have the same problem if I eat sweets. I have to eat protein shortly after, as sugar makes me feel jittery. So I don't eat much sugar now. Lots of love, Joy
