Really hard to explain but there is definitely no tingling. I have been on all the B vitamins for about 6 months. I also take Calcium/Magnesium and zinc. I was "told" to take it by my HepC Doctor. I am not a real fan of vitamins and prefer to get it from food through juicing but I must be compliant to get my new liver The reason he put me on these vitamins is because I was slightly low on them from some bloodwork they did.I called my Tx nurse this morning and she said she never heard of numbness in the legs so she asked me to go and get a CBC. I also have an appointment with my Gastro (who I adore) on Tuesday. He is almost as good as my HepC Doctor! I'll tell him about this mysterious numbness too. I read allot of things on line but never do anything unless I first talk to my Doctors, Nurses or nutritionist.Today I do not even have the chills Tired and no appetite but I was out in the yard gardening and running errands. I have also asked my Tx nurse if I should push through this fatigue and do things or lay in bed and baby myself for a couple of days. She said by all means "DO STUFF" As soon as I feel weak or tired I take a break. This is basically what I have been doing since I was diagnosed in December of 2007.>> > My hep c nurse called and said when you feel tingeling in your legs its call neuropathy and to take vitiman B-6 that will help. He also said that I can take B-12 for the fatigue. And Melatonine to sleep at night. Make sure you talk with your dr first because i might be in a
