Guest guest Posted April 17, 2012 Report Share Posted April 17, 2012 Hello Does anyone know if buying fermented foods that have ingredients ONLY of vegetables and salt are lacto-fermented? Are these beneficial or are they mass produced and have little nutritional benefit? Any opinions appreciated. I know it's easy but I'm just not up to fermenting our own veg just yet!
