Guest guest Posted September 6, 2008 Report Share Posted September 6, 2008 Hi Jackie, I am a pediatric RN, and giving 1 or doses of pred prior to or should be ok. I also double checked with anesthesia and ent both said to give it if he spiked anytime prior to surgery as long as just a dose or 2.
