Zumba + Chest

Well the new song at Zumba tonite is a fave of mine, " Conga " by Miami Sound Machine.  For Chest I went up slightly in most exercises by 5-10 lbs :)iso lateral bench press, each arm:20 to warm up, then 20, 25, 25

iso lateral incline press, each arm:25, 30, 30iso later decline press each arm35, 35, 35chest press incline (lyinng down at an angle)40, 40, 40 narrow grip40, 40, 40 wide gripOff to bed!  Tomrrow is my Biggest Loser workout where I do the recumbent bike at a low intensity for 2 hours while I watch The Biggest Loser after doing shoulder smoulder.
