emergency's and phone numbers

a friend sent this to me and it is a wonderful idea. A first responder

came up with it. If you have a cell phone list a number in it under

the name ICE. stands for (information contact in emergency) That way

if you have an accident, seizure or anything that makes you un-able to

speak for yourself a first responder who sees a cell phone is trained

to look for that name in it instead of scrolling thru names and trying

to find a relative. The first responder then dials ICE and speaks to

whomever you want to be in charge in case you cannot speak for your self.
