If you are concerned about depression, Cortisol or Estrogen and Spironolctone effect it might be worth your read. I am awaiting an opinion from my Psychiatrists and will share when I hear from her. Meds: Duloxetine hcl 80 MG, Metoprolol Tartrate 200 MG, 81mg aspirin and Metformin 2000MG.
