Here is an excellent article of a study done by the VA, Duke and s Hopkins

University. Is your healthcare provider doing it correctly? If not what are

you going to do about it?

Dr. Grim, I wonder if Shared Care, Inc. has a position on this? Maybe she needs

to put an " I can help " letter out with this attached!
